Delivery Coverage

We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Some remote areas may be unserviceable — our team will inform you before dispatch if your area cannot be served.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Order processing: 1–2 business days
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
• Extended areas: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. You will receive tracking details by SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• Orders over Rs 5,000: FREE delivery
• Orders under Rs 5,000: Rs 200 flat

Delivery Attempts

Our courier makes up to 2 delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable and the cash amount ready for Cash on Delivery orders.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong items, contact us within 48 hours with photos — we will arrange a replacement or refund.
